This course emphasizes on one of the most complex parts of our organizations - that's culture. It draws our attention to the unwritten rules of culture that are embodied in our deep beliefs and our traditions and in our values. The program framework will give you the skills, the competencies, but very importantly the confidence you will need to do the hard work of leadership and being a change agent in your organization.
