This innovative, blended-learning, leadership program is designed to help you develop the mindset and skills to be successful as a leader at Daikin Applied.
The program is organized into three thematic modules: Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Organization. Each module comprises a combination of self-guided learning from Columbia Business School's online course, "Leadership: People, Teams, and Organizations" augmented by live, virtual debriefs and group coaching sessions. You will also have the opportunity to complete a CliftonStrengths assessment to help you identify and develop your greatest talents.
