CESIM Simulation

The CESIM Global Challenge simulation gives the participant an understanding of the complex global business environment and how to remain competitive and grow a company. The participant(s) will understand a simulated business environment, take charge of a simulated company operating in USA, Asia and Europe and take a multitude of decisions to affect the health and growth of the company. These decisions will include economical, financial, procurement and production, HR, logistics, R&D, marketing and even sustainability.
