POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN LEADERSHIP

The Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership (PGDL) is a six-month online program that presents the three core pillars of leadership—personal leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership—for a holistic perspective that helps participants develop skills as a coach and team builder, and step into the next level of leadership with confidence. This program builds leadership skills through the below three modules: - Personal Leadership and Success - Leadership: People, Teams and Organizations - Leading Organizations and Change Upon successful completion of the PGDL, participants are awarded a verified digital diploma by Emeritus Institute of Management, in collaboration with MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School Executive Education, and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
