OCBC MiNT for New Managers (Nov 2022 - Mar 2023)

MiNT is a 3 month leadership journey that aims to equip first-time or experienced people managers with essential people leadership skills to build a successful, collaborative and high performing team. In this programme, participants will be exposed to broad-base and in-depth people leadership concepts such as Mindset of a Leader, Coaching High Performance Teams, Effective Delegation, etc. In addition to the core skills of leading teams, participants will receive guidance on manager’s responsibilities in employee life cycle.
